My first company was Zamil Offshore, and hiring was really tough for this because we’re looking for categories like QC Welding, Coating, Piping & Inspector Safety Officer. But why was it tough?

Because we’re looking for candidates with CBT & SAP numbers with Aramco approval. Then, after this project, I worked on various other companies like DOPET (Doha Petroleum), Descon Engineering, Anabeeb (mostly in shutdown), etc.
