Hey, I’m Saif — not just another recruiter who picks up calls, lines up candidates, and moves on. As a HR recruiter in the overseas domain with more than 3 years of experience in the same field.
Since 2023, I have been working as a recruiter at Hamdan Global and now at UN International, both based in Mumbai. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, I started my career in recruitment.
When I entered the recruitment field, I started in the Deployment Department, where I was responsible for preparing agreements and completing the deployment process for candidates. Later, I was promoted to the position of HR Executive.
One of my first major projects was with Zamil Offshore, where hiring was quite challenging. We were looking for candidates in categories such as QC Welding Inspector, Coating Inspector, Piping Inspector, and Safety Officer.
Why was it challenging?
Because we needed candidates with CBT and SAP numbers, along with Aramco approval. Finding candidates who met all these requirements was not easy.
After completing this project, I recruited for several other companies, including DOPET (Doha Petroleum), Descon Engineering, Anabeeb (mostly shutdown projects), and others.
Over the past three years, I have learned a lot about candidate ambitions, client requirements, recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and managing expectations.
My goal is to make the hiring process as smooth as possible while meeting the expectations of both clients and candidates.
That’s why, through digital platforms, I am committed to giving 110% to improve productivity, connect the right candidates with the right opportunities, and make the recruitment process better for everyone.
